In support of the global wave of prayer from 21-31 May 2020
"Thy Kingdom Come" an initiative launched by The Archbishops of Canterbury and York in 2016, invites you to join a global prayer movement to pray between Ascension and Pentecost, for more people to come to know Jesus.

Fostering Sunday
WHAT IS FOSTERING SUNDAY?
A day where churches across Derby will focus on the subject of fostering and adoption, with the aim of encouraging their congregations to consider whether they could become foster carers or how they may be able support people who are already carers within their community.
We’d encourage church leaders to preach on the subject and to have stories from any foster carers in their congregations.
WHAT WE CAN PROVIDE?

24/7 Prayer Room - Thy Kingdom Come
There will be a prayer room available from Sunday 2nd June to Sunday 9th June at St Alkmund's church. You can sign-up for hour slots either on your own, or with a group of friends. This is a really unique and special time of prayer around the clock as we call on God to move in power. Please click HERE to reserve your slot. Details of how to access the room will be sent out once you've booked your slot.
